Medieval arch, the main entrance to Lerma and the only gate in the wall that is still preserved. This impressive structure, built of stone, is the headquarters of the D.O. Ribera del Arlanza. Its name comes from the old prison, which was located here, after the expansion carried out in 1610.

The town's name owes its origin to the fact that its lands were home to "fountains and bears." It has an 18th century church with the statue of Saint Columba, patron saint of the town.

The town of the famous Cura Merino, guerrilla during the War of Independence. In the town we can see his beautiful house and the parish church of San Vítores. The door that enters the church is decorated with a cheer in memory of the exploits of Cura Merino. The church is dedicated to San Vítores, a saint from Burgos who died beheaded. Next to the church is the Moral de Villoviado, a unique tree in the province of Burgos.

Tordómar is a town located on the right bank of the Arlanza river. Its main symbol is the Roman bridge over the same river. It is believed that there was a Roman settlement.
