La Casa Grande in Palencia is a historic building that has undergone several stages over the years. Originally, it was a stately home built in the 19th century. Initially, the Casa Grande was the private residence of a local noble family. Over time, the building has been adapted for various uses, including its transformation into a restaurant, which has retained much of its original structure and charm.

From this point we started our round at "El Monte Viejo". From here you have different options and directions in which you can ride. The trails that we rode from here were very easy to ride and fun 🇪🇦🚴‍♂️👍

This romantic park occupies the site of a former convent and covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters. Its history dates back to 1830, when it was designed and began to take shape. Originally, this space was a walk and recreation area located on the outskirts of the city. However, over time, it has become the most popular and busy green corner of Palencia, next to the river bank.
