A very fun trail in the Sierra de Hoyo, near Berzosa

The Mirador de La Berzosa is a natural panoramic viewpoint located in the town of La Berzosa, near Hoyo de Manzanares, in the Community of Madrid. It's an ideal spot for hiking, landscape photography, and nature lovers.

This trial, if you do it towards Berzosa, is quite hard, there are several sections that are almost impossible to cycle on. In the direction towards the Covacho waterfall there are also hard slopes but it is easier to do.

At this point, the ford of the stream that crosses the Hoyo mountain range is where there is the least water. Like the other fords, the climb is quite hard.

One of the many trails that connect Collado Villalba and La Berzosa. They all cross streams, this one in particular can be crossed on horseback. Up to the stream it is not very complicated, but the descent to the stream and the subsequent ascent to La Berzosa is quite complicated, with roots, deep ruts and stones.

The hiking route to the Covacho Waterfall is suitable for everyone and offers great scenic beauty. Although when you arrive, the waterfall is not at its maximum splendor, the best time to visit it is usually in spring, after the snow thaws.
