Alcalá la Real is located at a strategic point between the Guadalquivir Valley and the plains of Granada, which has given it a significant role in Andalusian history. This church is located in the square next to the Dehesas Viejas pensioner's home and is called Nuestra Señora del Rosario. It does not have a high artistic value, although it is much more sentimental for the inhabitants of the town.
