Alcalá del Júcar is one of the most picturesque villages in Castilla-La Mancha, famous for its spectacular location on a deep bend of the Júcar River. The terraced white houses, the caves carved into the rock, and its castle overlooking the canyon make it a must-see destination. The Molinar reservoir is a beautiful reservoir on the Júcar River whose dam is located in the municipality of Villa de Ves, in the province of Albacete.

It is one of the most spectacular and picturesque villages in the province of Albacete; its location and the exceptional landscape formed by the Júcar gorge make us feel the need to stop as soon as it appears before our eyes to be able to contemplate it in all its grandeur. Its houses of popular architecture, dug into the mountain, adapt to the terrain in narrow and steep streets, climbing towards the Castle that looks out over the gorge formed by the river at its feet.

This surprising bridge is located in the Júcar gorge, very close to the buildings of the old hydroelectric plant. It is in perfect condition and is one of the most visited icons of this area of the river.
