Infiesto is the capital of the council of Piloña. Its location in the riverbed and close to the railway have made it the epicenter of commercial activities in the region. Infiesto is an ideal place for a stop along the way thanks to its wide range of restaurants and friendly atmosphere.

In the Sueve there are two reference peaks: Pienzu, the highest, most famous and most traveled, and Miruenu, an almost twin peak, much less accessible, and logically almost deserted, but in my opinion much more beautiful and with the same or better views than from the Pienzu. EYE to the area marked as full of ticks.

The Sierra de Peñamayor extends over several Asturian councils and includes several peaks, Peñamayor being one of the highest at 1,140 meters high. The path that descends from the Fayacaba lodge allows you to admire some of the peaks of the mountain range, as well as the very green slopes and the exuberant vegetation typical of the region.

The fountain at the foot of the fine rise still has water in August. It has no indication of drinkability, but it did not feel bad for me ... better to use water treatment tablets.
