It is a town located within the Ordal Mountains, belonging to the Garraf massif, in the Catalan coastal mountain range. It is a town that is traditionally visited by many cycling routes from the regions of Barcelona, Vallés and Baix Llobregat, and which is usually a stopping point for a coffee given the tranquility of the town. It is not a town to visit, but if you pass by, consider it as an ideal time to stop.

It is a very pleasant and quiet climb that connects Gelida with the area of Corbera de Llobregat and Palma de Cervelló. The two slopes are very fun and shady, the Gelida slope being more constant and the Corbera slope with steps. At the top of the port there is a very legendary bar where you usually stop to have a coffee... or eat something else.

This small nucleus belonging to the municipality of Avinyonet del Penedès is mainly known for housing an old Benedictine monastery. It is a complex made up of a church with a single nave, with a chapel, bell tower and a cloister of great sculptural value. Another outstanding construction is Cal Bou, a building from 1893 with a quadrangular plan with colorful glazed ceramic decorations and molding cornices that separate the floors.
