A challenging climb with spectacular 360° views. It is worth the effort.

La Masía de Cucalón is private property and always has been. It is not a museum, nor a restaurant nor a visitable site. It is a rural property inhabited by the owners. As the daughter of the owner, I have already experienced several incidents of cyclists who have DEMANDED us to show them the house, despite the fact that there are "private property and no trespassing" signs throughout the property. The latest incident was this morning, when a group of cyclists started banging on our door before nine in the morning, waking up the children. It is a private address, where people live. I beg you to understand. Thank you.

Located within the picturesque La Torrecilla-Puntal de Navarrete Municipal Natural Park, this recreational area has benches, tables and a water fountain (non-potable). Despite having suffered the consequences of several forest fires, the area offers a wide variety of paths and tracks to explore both by bike and on foot and the landscape is still very beautiful.

Monte Mayor (Montmajor in Valencian) with its 1,016 m height is one of the highest peaks of the Sierra Calderona. Wonderful views.

Recreational area within the limits of the La Torrecilla-Puntal de Navarrete Municipal Natural Park. There are benches, tables and a fountain of non-potable water. Although the area burned in the Bejís fire (and previously in the Alcublas fire) it is in the process of recovery.

One of the mountain passes in the Los Serranos area with an intense climb along the CV-345 road but with a very colorful and picturesque route.

Picturesque rural town in the interior of Los Serranos with a lot of charm. You can also find some bars and restaurants. An ideal stop for supplies or recover energy.

Top of Cerro Montmayor with spectacular 360 deg views. It can be reached hiking or cycling as well as by car taking road CV-245 and parking a few meters before taking the paved road uphills. From the summit you can also take a trail towards Cueva de las Santas as well as the GR-10 trails towards Gatova. It's worth visiting and the views are astonishing!
