Guadalajara deserves it, we coincide with the story marathon, an event that takes place over three days in this same palace. We stopped by the tourist office and they told us about botargas, about an event prior to the carnival in which you can enjoy botargas from the entire province of Guadalajara.

The town of Romancos is the starting point for the beautiful trail La Vega and La Alcarria Romanqueña (PR-GU 10) in the shape of an 8. The trail runs around the outskirts of the town, passing through an area of varied vegetation. After the first section, the route continues through the Alcarria area, the highest and flattest part of the route. In the town we find an information panel about the route and its attractions, flora and fauna.

Picturesque town, especially its Plaza Mayor, which stands out for being an open space surrounded by beautiful buildings. It is a good place for a break, it has some bars and several water fountains.

One of several viewpoints that we found during the walk along the banks of the Henares River. It is located very close to the water and allows you to enjoy nature, surrounded by the flora and fauna of this beautiful corner of Guadalajara. Respect animals and always pick up your trash. Nearby are two or three recreational areas.
