Large complex that reached its peak in the s. XV and XVI. Abandoned in the last century, it has been re-inhabited and restored since the end of the 1950s. The current church is Baroque, from the seventeenth century. Highlights include the chapels of the Madalena and the Rosary, and the Renaissance sacristy (work of Juan de Herrera). The three cloisters, that of the inn, that of the processions and the great, the chapter house, the spectacular kitchen and the dining room, complete the main rooms.
