Cinctorres, in the Els Ports de Morella region, is a small town surrounded by mountains and ravines, notable for the Roca Roja and Roca Parda natural viewpoints from which vultures are easily spotted. Its town center preserves squares and manor houses, as well as the Church of San Pedro Apóstol and several chapels. The route to the Sellumbres ravine offers an ideal setting for cycling through pine and holm oak forests, with gentle slopes and quiet country roads. It's advisable to bring binoculars to enjoy the birds of prey in flight, and make time to visit the local museum, which displays fossils and artifacts from traditional life.

Mirambel is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in the Maestrazgo: its complete walls, the beautiful Portal de las Monjas (Monks' Gate) with its latticework, and palaces like Casa Aliaga give it a film-like feel (Tierra y Libertad was filmed here). Cycling through its cobbled streets and heading towards the Cantavieja ravine allows you to connect with marked GR 8 trails and quiet paths toward Cantavieja or La Cuba, between meadows and pollarded black poplars. It's a perfect plan for gravel or trekking, with short but challenging climbs and uneven ground in some sections.

La Iglesuela del Cid is a town brimming with character, located in the heart of the Maestrazgo region of Teruel at an altitude of over 1,200 meters. Its historic center preserves a distinct medieval atmosphere with remains of walls, gateways, and stately mansions such as the Matutano-Daudén Palace, now an inn. Also noteworthy are the Church of the Purificación and the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Cid, both linked to the tradition of El Campeador. Cycling through its cobbled streets and surrounding countryside allows you to discover the dry-stone architecture typical of the area, with old huts and walls that still mark the landscape.

La Cañadilla is a small town located at 1220 meters above sea level on the road that takes us from Aliaga to Ejulve. The passage of time has caused it to gradually become depopulated and, today, it has 4 neighbors, compared to the 25 children who went to school in the 50s. Among its buildings there is a hermitage dedicated to Saint Joseph. A pilgrimage takes place there on Easter Day, to which the people of Cirugeda also come. In the surroundings we will find a fountain with a sink, known as Fuente del Camino; a unique tree, the Pino de Cobatillas, which is located 45 minutes in the direction of Cirugeda, and the Ice Cream Cross, which commemorates the tragic death due to frostbite of three residents of the town who, in the winter of 1941, were lost in the middle of the blizzard.
