Particularly striking features of this hermitage are the polygonal facade with a flat-arched portal, a niche with a relief of San José, and a round oculus that illuminates the interior. Nice viewpoint over Busot and surroundings. The castle is not much but it is very accessible and free so it is worth walking up.

The beach of Sant Joan is very long and has white sand. Towards the north you can see the impressive mountains that rise above the coast.
