This building in Leon, known as "Casa Botines," takes us back to the late 19th century. Designed by the still-famous and esteemed architect Antoni Gaudi (1852-1926), it was originally conceived and built as a residential and commercial building, but now serves as a museum.

The Cathedral is undoubtedly the symbol of the city and its history dates back to the 10th century. The royal palace of Ordoño II was located on the old thermal baths and public buildings that the Legion VII had built in the mid-2nd century. In 917, after defeating the Arabs in the battle of San Esteban de Gormaz, the king, “thankful to God”, gave up his residence so that the first cathedral temple could be built there.

Bar Elvis in Reliegos, also known as Bar La Torre, is a popular spot for pilgrims following the Camino Francés. The bar is famous for its unique and eccentric atmosphere, created by the owner Eusignio Prieto, also known as Sinín. The bar is located on the Camino Francés, a major route to Santiago de Compostela. The interior is filled with graffiti, artwork, and souvenirs left by pilgrims. It is a lively and colorful environment. Sinín is known for his warm welcome and his passion for serving pilgrims. He plays rock 'n' roll and oldies music, and offers delicious tapas and bocadillos. Bar Elvis features in the film "The Way" (2010), directed by Emilio Estevez.

The Muralla tardo romana in León, Spain, is an impressive remnant of the Roman presence in the city. These walls were originally built in the 1st century AD by the Legio VI Victrix and later reinforced by the Legio VII Gemina. The walls enclose the old city centre and are a mix of Roman, medieval and Baroque architectural styles1. The Roman sections are recognisable by their thick walls, which are up to 8 metres high and reinforced with towers, known as "cubos". One of the most striking sections of the wall can be found at the Avenida de los Cubos, where the towers are still well preserved.

The Puente de San Marcos in León, Spain, is a historic bridge that spans the Bernesga River. The bridge is located next to the famous San Marcos Monastery, which is now a Parador hotel. The origins of the bridge date back to the 12th century, with the first mentions in documents dating back to 1171. However, the current structure dates back to the 16th century and was designed by Leonardo de la Cagiga. The bridge has eight arches and is an important architectural and historical monument in the city.
