The Eix Pirinenc / Eje Pirinaico is a national road (N-260) that connects Portbou (on the shores of the Mediterranean) with the Aragonese town of Sabiñanigo. In my opinion, these busy roads and where cars tend to travel at higher speeds are preferable.

Below I indicate nearby places that are interesting for cycling: - Collada de Toses (either for its traditional and easy slope or for the much harder slope that runs through the town of Toses) - Coll de les Barraques - Coll de Jou - Querabalbs and Vall de Nuria (the latter with Gravel) - Climb Puigmal (by mountain bike) - Climb to Campelles - Climb to Ventolà and Nevarás Impossible to get bored... and you will enjoy spectacular landscapes with hardly any traffic.

A beautiful town in the Catalan Prepirieo where there is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy typical Catalan dishes of an excellent standard.

It is a very quiet town from where countless mountain routes start, both for mountain biking and trekking. There are also several road climbs to enjoy the landscape of this beautiful valley.
