This is not a statue of St. James. It is one of the many statues along the Camino which honours the pilgrims making the long journey to the holy place. The statue is called Homanaje Al peregrino which translates as Honour to the pilgrim. .

In the town of Torre-Pacheco, we find this beautiful circular mill, 12 meters high, being one of the few in the municipality that is in perfect condition.
