La Solana is another of the peaks that separate the Sierra de Hoyo from the plains of Manzanares. It has a height of 1,002 meters and is very close to the town of Hoyo de Manzanares. The trig point was built on July 15, 1975. It should not be confused with the Solana peak, very close to the town of Moralzarzal. Next to the vertex there is a forest surveillance post equipped with a radio station, antenna and lightning rod, which is included in zone 5 of the INFOMA region.

Thanks to its privileged position, the surroundings of this fire watch tower and its geodesic vertex give us clear views of the Pardo and Madrid mountains to the south, as well as the Sierra de Hoyo and the Sierra de Guadarrama to the north. Place where it is worth stopping to contemplate the landscape.

This is the highest mountain that we find in the Dehesa de la Golondrina. Legend has it that one of the swallows that removed the thorns from Jesus Christ ended up on this promontory near Navacerrada. The views from the top will not leave anyone indifferent.

At 1,403 meters high, this peak is the highest point in the Hoyo de Manzanares mountain range. In it, we will find a large cross and a geodesic vertex. It offers incredible views of La Pedriza and the Guadarrama mountain range.

Section of gravel and sand track ideal for pedaling quietly and enjoying the classic country landscape of the Sierra de Guadarrama. To the north you can see the peak of La Maliciosa and the ball of the world and to the east La Pedriza.

This house with 360º views stands on a promontory of granite masses typical of the Sierra de Guadarrama. From the top you can see around the different sets of stone formations with some old quarries and the Navacerrada reservoir. To the north are the peaks of La Maliciosa, Siete Picos and Bola del Mundo. And to the west the Pico Abantos and the Valley of the Fallen. It is an ideal place to immortalize the landscape with some photographs.
