Definitely a highlight, but unfortunately, the castle was covered in scaffolding when I visited. The castle dates back to the Middle Ages but was later almost completely rebuilt.

Already pretty much at the end/beginning of the railway line, here it is even asphalted, before/later not anymore, but always easy to ride.

For a long time, and still today, a fundamental element of connection in the neighborhood.

Just be careful with the tracks on the platforms because they lead to shortcuts with roads up to 15%.

The best starting or ending point for any route. Lots of bars, picturesque views.

Crossing the river on the ferry, really should stare at the top of the bridge!

There is a fantastic network of cycle paths in and around Bilbao. The cycle superhighways are particularly easy to ride on. It's enough to make you jealous.
