Memorial dedicated to a British Lancaster bomber that fell over the town of Montigny-le-Bretonneux: on the night of June 7-8, 1944, this Lancaster, number ND765 of Squadron 622, was shot down by flak during a raid on Évreux. The aircraft crashed between the Manet district and the Plan de l'Eglise, and the 7-man crew were killed instantly. They are now buried in the Viroflay cemetery.

The history of the Trou Salé farm dates back to the end of the French Revolution. The Thierry family has been there for four generations. The farm was previously attached to the old Toussus farm, located in the center of the village. Today, the farm produces cereals sold on national markets.

This church is located on the site of an ancient priory attested in 1069.
