One of the three artistic surprises on this section of the hike: the observation throne is a project led by students from the Rennes School of Architecture. The throne and the telescope, further along the trail, offer a new perspective on the forest and encourage us to rediscover it up close.

Camped at the Camping Gayeulles - Rennes Britanny. A bit of on road prior to the superb forest paths and easy rides, but a fabulous day out had. Can recommend as a change from the city and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really nice forest area with some great hiking trails.

on the relay you will find: toilets, there is always at least one open. water (sink in the toilet) bike wash station, accessible with a code sheltered and outdoor picnic tables 6 marked mountain bike trails from 15 to 35km, passable in electric gravel or not
