This large pond offers a variety of activities, such as fishing, sailing, windsurfing and picnicking. You can run around the pond on a well-maintained, wheelchair-accessible trail. Along the way, you can take in views of the water and surrounding nature, and maybe spot some wildlife. The Étang de Sault is an ideal place to run and reconnect with nature.

The Charité hospital in Lavault-Sainte-Anne was built between 1909 and 1913 by the architect Jean Hardion and is a remarkable example of the Art Nouveau style. It is also a historical monument, that is, it is protected by the French government for its cultural and historical value. You can admire the elegant facade, stained glass windows and ornamental details of this building, as well as learn about its history and function. The hospital is now a nursing home, but you can still access some parts with this map, as part of a guided tour. It is also surrounded by a large park with ponds, forests and pavilions that you can explore on foot or by bike. The Hôpital de la Charité in Lavault-Sainte-Anne is a hidden gem that will delight lovers of history and architecture.
