A great hike along a river. Parking is available right at the trailhead. Our parking spot wasn't ideal, as it was located on private property.

Beautiful location on the banks of the Loup at the foot of the cliffs, and the climbing site of La Bagarée. It is a perfect place to relax, picnic or paddle.

If you are looking for a fun activity surrounded by nature during your run, you can try the Parcours Sportif du Parc de Vaugrenier in Villeneuve-Loubet. It is a 1.6km circuit that includes fitness and agility stations, such as slalom, hang, push-ups and banked hurdles. You can enjoy the panoramic views of the forest and the pond, as well as the rich flora and fauna of the park.

The Vaugrenier manor is a 17th century residence with Italian influences, located in Villeneuve-Loubet. The manor is classified as a historic monument and has a beautiful park with century-old trees and a pond. You can admire this beautiful place while running upstream on the cycle path.

A self-service bicycle pump with pressure gauge for road or mountain bikes (Presta and Schrader valve) A set of freely accessible tools to maintain, adjust or repair your bike directly at the side of the road for free: the tools include a tire lever, Allen keys, screwdrivers, open-end wrenches etc. All with a foot to raise your bike. Practical and free!

Well laid out cycle path. Be careful, shared and family space, limited speed, pedestrians always have priority. It's not for racing!

In general, there are currently many tame wild boars living on the river Coast. If you're lucky, you'll spot them while swimming in the lake, for example.
