Cycling to the Pont Mirabeau in Jouques is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the serene countryside and rich heritage of Provence. This historic bridge, built in the 18th century, spans the River Arc and is surrounded by stunning scenery.

The Céreste road, near Vitrolles-en-Luberon, winds through the magnificent landscapes of the Luberon Regional Natural Park. Along this road, you will discover splendid views of the rolling hills, lavender fields, and typical hilltop villages of the region. The scenery is marked by unspoiled nature, with olive groves, vineyards, and pine trees lining the path.

Lord Fouquet d'Agoult, Count of Provence, decided to build a water reservoir for the castle of La Tour d'Aigues and had an aqueduct built in the 15th century. The pond thus formed was the supply point for an irrigation network that supplied the entire Aigues valley with water, thus contributing to the expansion of agriculture.

Lake La Bonde is located in a green area with forests. There is a beach along the lake on the west and north sides. The beach atmosphere on the west side of the campsite is wonderful. There is a bar and further on a restaurant. If you want it quieter, head towards the forest (where you can also camp for the night).
