It's a really nice refuge, in the heart of the hollow of Lachat mountain pasture. You can eat there during the day and spend the night there (reservation required). From the terrace, you have a view of Mont Blanc and Tournette. Quite a nice panorama!

Mount Margériaz rises to an altitude of 1794 meters. It is an exceptional site, between mountain pastures and forests dotted with tannes. The tannes are deep pits, often hidden by vegetation. It is therefore recommended not to stray from the marked trails.

Arith is a picturesque little Savoyard village. You can admire beautiful traditional buildings, a church, a mill still in operation, and vast mountain pastures. There you will find a bakery located close to the hiking trails. It's the perfect spot for a nice little picnic break.

Located at an altitude of 1,434 meters, the mountain of Bange dominates the villages of Cusy, Allèves and Arith. From there, we have a beautiful view of the Mont Revard chain.

It is a superb place, where one enjoys a clear view on the surrounding summits, but also on the dolines of Grand Rafou. The dolines are quite astonishing geological formations, born from the limestone erosion coupled with a collapse of the rock. When the surface limestones dissolve, they lead to the formation of circular depressions. These depressions can range from a few meters to several tens of meters in diameter! The Grand Rafou is quite incredible, since it is made up of four large sinkholes.
