The Brague departmental park extends over 480 hectares in the municipalities of Biot and Valbonne. It is located 6 kilometers from the Mediterranean. The park forms a kind of crescent centered on the Brague river and its tributary the Bruguet. There are many historical remains, such as old mills, traces of coal millstones, the stone quarries of Pierres à Four or signs of Roman presence.

The old village of Biot is a small town worthy of interest. In its center you will find a very pretty square of arcades under which restaurants and cafes are installed. It's perfect for a short break.
