The tower can be climbed.
Also known as Haut-Andlau, Andlau Castle is an atypical fortification with its two towers which stand on the heights of the Alsatian vineyard. The place is perfect as a hiking objective from Andlau, Mittelbergheim or Barr.
Well-preserved ruins, of which the high outer walls of the residential buildings are still preserved. Noteworthy are the Gothic windows and several large chimneys, the openings of which are still visible on the walls.
