Nice little 13th century Christian chapel with a great view of the Vosges, commented with a viewpoint indicator. There are benches and a picnic table next to the chapel. Another great point is the water tap behind the chapel !

A very nice coffeeshop / restaurant along the canal. We stopped there for a coffee and the owner was very welcoming. He offered us cold water to fill up our bottles before we left (without asking) and he was really nice. He showed us his boat ('parked' in front of the restaurant) and invited us to come back and eat at the restaurant, calling before and arriving early, he could take us on a boat tour on the canal (he often does that for his clients).

Einville was a nice pause on our ride. We rode through the small streets in the village and appreciated following the different information panels telling the tourist about the village history. Our stop at the 'Atelier des Saveurs' for a coffee was also great. See the highlight for more information :)

If you like old medieval castles, this is worth a look if you ride by it.
