The construction of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste parish church began in the 15th century, at the initiative of a family from the region, the Rivoires, who wanted to establish their family tomb there. At the beginning of the 1970s, excavations undertaken in the choir revealed around ten skeletons as well as old tiles, which suggests that this church is located on the site of a Gallo-Roman oratory. The town hall is located in the old presbytery.
