nice climb up to the intersection...then the road going to the fort is cleaner depending on the day (twigs, bread needles...)

The road is very lightly trafficked, winding and in perfect condition. A real treat ! The view of the southern Vercors is superb

The mountain top La Peyrouse is located at an altitude of 1711m. Easily accessible via MTB route 10. It is sometimes difficult to cycle on the path from the top of Beauregard. Once on the La Peyrouse, the view is magnificent. The descent that follows is spectacular. Before you know it you are back at the bottom of the mountain.

Le Quatres Seigneurs from Gières is 8.5km in length with a positive elevation gain of around 550m. The average gradient is 7.3% however there are portions at 10% average.

A quiet road above the main road between Monteynard and La Motte-d'Aveillans, and below La Peyrouse. There are views of Mont Aiguille in the distance as you head towards Monteynard. In the other direction you have towards Le Grand Serre.

At the top of Taillefer, you will enjoy your presence on the highest peak of the massif while enjoying a breathtaking view of all the surrounding mountains. An exceptional summit, not to be missed.

Classic, little traffic. Nice descent to Herbeys, then Uriage.
