Very nice walk, cool, difficult passages: stony climbs and passage at the source. But GORGEOUS!!! And for the followers, you can bathe in the water holes of the source, as I did this day!

In the hamlet of "Le Chêne", you will find a well with good quality water (the fish that live there find it good) and an old bakery. You also have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

The Pachoud mill (now in ruins) was built in 1728 and used water from the Leysse to grind wheat and produce flour. You can still see some foundation walls invaded by thick moss. Here is another wooden bridge over the Leysse with a place where you can access the water (don't forget water shoes and a towel in summer).

Suspension bridge over a particularly beautiful part of the Leysse valley. On the north side, you can descend to the water by taking a path.
