Park Belval is a public nature and leisure park that was inaugurated in the fall of 2014. It is located on the grounds of the municipality of Suessem.[

Adjacent to the new Esch-Belval district, with its university, restaurants, offices, and other leisure and activity complexes, lies the 10-hectare Belval Park. The park is an ideal place to recharge from the stresses of work life and offers visitors the opportunity to stroll along large, flat concrete paths, contemplate nature, and admire works of art. The available benches invite you to linger. The park is characterized by its flat terrain and its easy accessibility. The park also features a playground for children with disabilities, perfectly tailored to their needs and allowing them to spend a pleasant time in nature. At the end of the park is a pavilion themed around the Belval spring, which offers small snacks. Adjacent to this building is a public restroom for park visitors.

Our deck seating platforms, which offer seating and lounging options in the recreation areas, pick up on the stream theme and, with their wave-like shape, are reminiscent of the stream below.

The Belval Park in Luxembourg was created on the site of a former steelworks. Spanning nearly 10 hectares, the park offers a convivial living space for relaxation and a variety of leisure activities. Various different areas and adjoining gardens allow for a variety of uses.

A few years ago I took part in a mountain bike ride that went through this tunnel. The organizers had a very good idea, at regular intervals there was a character disguised with a white cape holding a torch, hello chills. A very good memory!!

It's beautiful how the old industrial complex has been integrated into a modern cityscape.
