The Romanesque style church was built in the 12th century. It conceals some treasures such as the statues of St-Christophe and St-Pierre, a wooden altarpiece and a baptismal font. You will also be able to observe its 13th century bell tower which since 1867 has been surmounted by an imperial eagle.

Former keep of the 12th century motte castle. The maintenance of the site is ensured by the association of the Friends of the Tower of Château-Chervix. The visit of the exterior of the tower is free all year round. Guided tour possible for groups by reservation, contact the Briance Sud Haute-Vienne Tourist Office.

Lake very well known for the practice of water skiing. Two sandy beaches, a refreshment bar, possibility of renting pedal boats.

Superb little village, very quiet and relaxing

Bonneval castle overlooks the town of Coussac village. He occupied an important strategic position. A first building already existed in 930. It was rebuilt in the 14th century, then remodeled in the 18th century. It is a quadrangle flanked by four large round towers, surrounded by ditches. It has belonged to the Bonneval family for over ten centuries. To see: its eastern facade with a central square tower with a double drawbridge, its interior courtyard, decorated in the Renaissance with a colonnaded gallery, its elegant west facade and its terrace. The Cécile Sabourdy Museum & Gardens, located in the old 17th century presbytery in the village of Vicq-sur-Breuilh, present a permanent exhibition and 2 to 3 temporary exhibitions per year. The museum is dedicated to all self-taught and atypical artists: canvases, drawings, sculptures, textiles relating to the Naive, Brut, Singular or Hors-les-Normes arts…, while offering a perspective on modern and contemporary creation. Around the collection of naive paintings Cécile Sabourdy (1893-1970), evoking a rural and timeless world of Limousin, the museum's Naïve collection brings together discreet painters such as Robert Masduraud, Existence, Bichard as well as renowned artists such as André Bauchant and Maurice Loirand.
