A mountain range right in the heart of Toulouse, a magnificent playground for gravel biking!!

A beautiful view of Toulouse and the entire metropolitan area. With a little luck, the Pyrenees are also visible.

The Oppidum de Cluzel offers stunning views of Toulouse and the surrounding countryside. The climb may be a little steep, but the reward is a panorama that stretches all the way back to the city. Pause at the top to admire the mix of urban sprawl and green fields before enjoying a well-earned descent. It’s the perfect place for a scenic stop on a bike touring adventure!

The Pech David leisure centre, perched on a hill overlooking Toulouse, offers an ideal natural setting for relaxing or enjoying outdoor activities. With its vast green spaces, wooded trails and sports fields, this centre is a popular place for families and sports enthusiasts. The view over the city of Toulouse and the Pyrenees mountain range is exceptional.

Pech David tavern. Tables are available for picnicking as well as pétanque courts. A restaurant area is open (check opening hours) with boards, burgers, salads, as well as vegetarian options.

Route departing from Muret with beautiful views of the Garonne and the Pyrenees. The departure is in Muret at the end of the Allée de Niel near the restaurant "La Fabric". We first cross the bridge and then follow the Garonne. We quickly leave the path to climb to the heights and take agricultural paths which offer beautiful views. We then reach the Saint Amans Chapel which will be the occasion for a stop. After the church, we gain a little more height to arrive at Mauzac which allows us to cross back over the Garonne and join Noé on the banks of the Garonne. The return is via the left bank of the Garonne passing through Le Fauga before returning to the starting point. The tour is accessible by gravel, VTC, mountain bike. The first portion is mainly on trails with some nice short climbs. After Mauzac, we stay on much smoother tarmac roads.

The Ramée recreational area is a recreational area of 248 hectares located in France in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region, in the commune of Tournefeuille, in the south-west suburbs of Toulouse between the Ousseau (tributary of the Touch) and the Saint-Martory canal. Outdoor and leisure base, composed of an artificial lake 1,350m long and 100m wide fed by the Canal de Saint-Martory, forest and playground, borders on its north-eastern part a golf course, the Golf de la Ramée. The Pech-David hill offers a large park and offers magnificent views of Toulouse and the Pyrenees in the distance. Traces of an ancient Gallic fortified town (oppidum) have been found there. A cable car crossing the Garonne provides access from the west bank.
