Ségur-le-Château has been awarded the label of the most beautiful villages in France. It is situated on a peninsula of Auvezère. Today the remains of the castle from the 12./13. Century like the keep of the fortified castle, but also the stone and half-timbered houses with turrets. Ségur-le-Château is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in the rich past between the 15th and 18th centuries.

Built in 1756, the Oval Barn of Saint-Eloy-les-Tuileries has been listed as a Historic Monument since 1996. Property of the Community of Communes, it is one of the last examples of built heritage of this type in the region. Occasional guided tours.

15th century fortified house, restored by the town of Saint-Yrieix. Temporary exhibitions during the summer. Open to visitors from July 1 to August 31, 2019, every day from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Along a shady road, you can discover the beautiful Moulin de Marsaguet pond. Le Moulin de Marsaguet is a fattened duck farm with direct farm sales of foie gras, preserves, pâtés and rillettes.

Bonneval castle overlooks the town of Coussac village. He occupied an important strategic position. A first building already existed in 930. It was rebuilt in the 14th century, then remodeled in the 18th century. It is a quadrangle flanked by four large round towers, surrounded by ditches. It has belonged to the Bonneval family for over ten centuries. To see: its eastern facade with a central square tower with a double drawbridge, its interior courtyard, decorated in the Renaissance with a colonnaded gallery, its elegant west facade and its terrace. This oval barn is one of the last examples of built heritage of this type in the three neighboring cantons of Corrèze, Haute-Vienne and Dordogne. Built to the east of the plot bordered to the north by the house and to the south by the pigsty, the building housed under the same thatched roof an area to be threshed and a shed for agricultural equipment, a hayloft, a barn, a stable and a chicken coop. Work has enabled this remarkable building to be restored to its original condition, with the reuse of the various materials present on the building, such as old timber and exterior joinery, if necessary. A cross-border partnership could be formalized for the laying of thatch roofing.
