Once you’ve parked, the first mile or 2 is on road, then it’s off roading down a steep track of loose rocks, may need to push on some of it. On the outskirts of Daglan and all the way to Castelnaut super surface, quiet roads, beautiful scenery. On the way back the loose surface wasn’t as bad.

Bonaguil is home to an ancient 13th-century fortified castle of the same name. The town offers a beautiful setting for a stopover. It also hosts a festival every August, featuring wonderful plays.

Lavercantière is surrounded by beautiful forests and rivers. Take a stroll through the village centre. You won't be disappointed. A superb fortified church adjoins an equally remarkable medieval castle.

Fortified castle from the 13th, 15th, 16th and 18th centuries, classified as a Historic Monument. Bonaguil Castle is located in Lot-et-Garonne, on the border with Lot and a stone's throw from the Dordogne. From the top of its rocky spur, it dominates the valley and the medieval village. It forms an ensemble, unique in Europe, of gigantic proportions and in a remarkable state of conservation.

This beautiful church built in the 11th century features a surprisingly minimalist interior and light-colored stones.
