The Saint-Sauveur chasm is reached by skirting the Cabouy chasm. This marvelous turquoise-colored body of water is a resurgence of the Ouysse River. The place is unreal.

Very beautiful medieval city. We may regret the lack of authenticity given by certain businesses to objects intended for mass tourism, but the appreciation of the buildings and the sanctuary at the bend of the cobbled streets quickly allows us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of this place steeped in history. .

Early May 2022, done in tandem. A tree across the path but with a portage it's okay. Also doable with gravel without too much problem.

This single track follows a GR (Greater Regional Trail) where you might encounter hikers, especially during the summer. But nothing's stopping you from enjoying it by mountain bike, as long as you stay vigilant and respectful of other mountain users!
