A beautiful town with an old town center, which, according to legend, was founded in 802. A large market takes place on Wednesdays. The fresh pasta and ravioli are highly recommended, as are the delicious spice stalls.

We had a very good meal here with a fantastic view.

A nice little bridge that is quite narrow. However, be careful because there are often pedestrians. The bridge is too narrow to allow a crossing between cyclists and pedestrians. Check before using it that no one is crossing it, pedestrians have priority.

The bistro is worth a break - typically French, small but good menu.

Pretty village perched in the middle of the vineyards, Ribes is a small town in the Ardèche department, nestled in the heart of the Beaume and Drobie valleys, in the Regional Natural Park of the Monts d'Ardèche. It is characterized by beautiful terraces (faïsses) where chestnut trees, olive trees and vines grow.

Very nice place with great narrow and winding streets in a wonderful southern flair. Definitely worth a stop with a cafe and delicious ice cream near the church.
