Three in one hand and two in the other hand were placed in a basket as one package at assembly line speed. Twenty such packages made a basket full. A small creperie with very friendly staff that serves food both for lunch and dinner. Otherwise, the place doesn't seem to serve anything to eat in the evenings in September 2024.

We ate size three oysters at this producer and were very satisfied. Friendly service and atmosphere. The oysters from this region are very special. Only here and in the Bay of Arcachon can oysters reproduce. Only here are they refined in the special basins with a lower salt concentration, the "Claires", after growing in the oyster parks in the sea. We enjoyed them with a glass of rose from the island of Oleron.
