Located on the Vanoise massif, the Grand Bec refuge occupies more precisely the foot of the Pointe de la Vuzelle. This location promises hikers a breathtaking view of the south face of the Grand Bec, the Pointe du Vallonet and the Chavière valley. The refuge also offers a continuous catering service. Remember to book your overnight stay from the refuge website.

Fantastic place to spend the night. The dormitory is a bit tight, but neat. You can eat in the cabin or cook your own meal in the designated mini-kitchen. The sunset from the 'garden' is really fantastic.
