It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a croustade! Just outside the town, there is a very beautiful lake on the shady banks of the Baïse.

The bastide of Bassoues (pronounced Bassous) is a fortified village in the Gers with a keep forty meters high which attests to the existence of the fortress of the bishops of Auch. Built on top of a hill, the city can be seen from afar.
