리푸지오 사보이아는 그란 파라디소 국립공원 중심부의 그림 같은 니볼레트 고원에 해발 2,534미터에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 1860년으로 거슬러 올라가는 비토리오 에마누엘레 2세 국왕의 역사적인 사냥용 별장을 개조하여 탄생한 이곳은 오늘날 40개의 침대와 발도스타 전통 요리를 맛볼 수 있는 아늑한 주방을 제공합니다.

1925년과 1927년 사이에 발그리센셰(Valgrisenche) 지자체에 등산 및 군사 전초 기지로 건설된 역사적인 마리오 베치 산장(Mario Bezzi Refuge, 2,284미터)은 토리노 CAI 지부의 가장 저명한 회원 중 한 명의 이름을 따서 명명되었습니다. 오늘날 이 시설은 82개의 침대를 갖추고 있으며 전형적인 산악 요리를 제공하며 프랑스와 인근 베네볼로(Benevolo) 및 샬레 드 르페(Chalet de l'Épée) 산장으로의 횡단에 이상적인 기지 역할을 합니다.

The Rifugio Gian Federico Benevolo is a historic mountain refuge located at 2,287 meters, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. An ideal starting point for hikes and climbs, it offers a welcoming atmosphere and spectacular views of the surrounding peaks and glaciers.

The refuge can be reached by mountain bike, even by those less experienced, with a splendid view.

Perfect for family excursions

Our plan was to climb the summit with our bikes on our shoulders. As there was still a lot of snow and some light climbing was required, we parked our bikes along the way. I recommend the Aiguille de la Grande Sassière for hikers but not for bikers, as the descent is partly doable but not worthwhile.

From Les Brevieres, this mountain is a real challenge to your fitness, as you have to overcome over 2200 meters of altitude. You will be rewarded up there with a magnificent view of the great 4000-meter peaks in the Alps. My tip for this tour is to take crampons in your backpack; they were really needed on the last 200 meters as there was a lot of snow, which is possible at this altitude at any time of year.
