A fit cyclist, but not recommended in December. Beautiful route, but it's hard-earned.

The Folleux footbridge, spanning the Vilaine River, connects the banks of Béganne and Péaule, creating a pleasant and scenic crossing point. Designed with a seven-span lifting structure, it allows boats to pass over the Trévelo tidal channel.

This old ruined mill is unfortunately not very visible due to the numerous weeds that hide the building.

This route of about 34 kilometers is very interesting and amazing, but also demanding on physical condition and technicality, but I recommend it for those who like MTB Cross country.

Magnificent La Roche Bernard

The Foureux footbridge allows you to pass from Beganne to the commune of Marzan, and to reach the La Roche Bernard bridge by paths that are perfectly usable by bike.

The old town, a small town of character, offers numerous walks, winding through old streets into belvederes with beautiful views. We particularly recommend the Chemin du Ruicard, which wanders through picturesque streets, some with stairs, lined with houses from the 16th and 17th centuries. From this point, you can also enjoy the view of the port which is a place of heritage and traditions. The village also has cafes and restaurants that serve local dishes if you want to take a break. La Crêperie La Sarrasine and La Mie de la Roche are the most popular places in the city.
