Apart from the Halle, the loop is of no interest, the paths which run alongside the forest are narrow, difficult to walk at a good pace, between points 3 and 4 the path has disappeared, the crops are on the edge of hedges, passage in open ground, tiring.

The Château de Baillon is a 17th century castle which belonged to the husband of Madame de Pompadour, the mistress of Louis XV. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful park with a large canal, a pond and a fountain. You can admire the architecture and gardens of the castle, as well as the view of the Oise and the Carnelle forest. The castle is not open to the public, but you can access the park from the road that leads to Royaumont Abbey, another historic site to visit.

The hall of Luzarches appears for the first time in the texts around 1386. It received many fairs and markets. If you want to experience this site on a busy day, just come on Fridays. If the hall has been restored many times since the Middle Ages, it is classified as a Historic Monument. There are seven wooden pillars on the sides and three others on the ends. The roof is composed of small country tiles which gives it a picturesque charm.
