A small pond that was more attractive 10 years ago. Unfortunately, the climate crisis has caused this pond to lose its splendor. Its surface area has shrunk and its water level has dropped by up to 1 meter.

This GR goes off the beaten track, to avoid the weekend crowds, watch out for mountain bikers.

Church of Saint Martin during his journey through the town of Ligugé. The chapel church is located on the GR de St Martin marked by white DStM markers.

Arriving in the village of Flée, head towards the bus stop. A narrow green path between two rows of houses presents itself to you. Let yourself be guided by this steep path which goes down towards the mountain bike loop. At the crow's foot, take the path going up on the right. Arriving at the top, turn left towards the hamlet of Rue de la Berlonnière. then head towards Fontarnaud, loop of Miosson. Part of the view from this path allows you to see on the left the abbey of Sainte Croix, on the right the Jean Bernard hospital of Poitiers.

The Saint Pierre woods retain a good reputation as a cool spot, a small zoo, a playground, a municipal swimming pool, and horse-drawn carriage or pony rides for the youngest.

If you want freshness and tranquility, then the Jean Le Bon trails around Miosson are yours. Just a stone's throw from the Sainte Croix abbey.
