I am a regular fisherman of the Rué pond, As a reminder the pond is classified Natura 2000, bicycles are prohibited around the pond and dogs must be kept on a leash. The regulations are available at the town hall of Mardié or from the association of the pike of Donnery which manages this pond.

Rivers and canals run through the country, and the latter were a very important part of the transport infrastructure in earlier times. When building artificial waterways, differences in height always had to be taken into account, and locks were often lined up along these structures. Shipping was only possible with their help. Later, first the railways and then again later the roads took over the task of transporting goods.

Listed as a "Village of Character," Combleux is a picturesque little village in the Loiret region, located at the confluence of the Orléans Canal and the Loire River.
