North of Treffendel, Etunel pond is a large body of water appreciated by locals and tourists alike. On the sometimes tight tracks that border its shore, be vigilant when cyclists are busy mountain biking. During capricious weather, a small wooden cabin built at the eastern end of the pond provides rest.

The 2.5 ha site, built in 1981, comes from an old sand pit. The site is managed by the “Gaule Bruzoise” association, where you can fish for trout, pikeperch, pike, roach, bleak and carp. Reduced models: the Bruzoise association carries out tests on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. The fauna is diversified there are frogs, toads and newts as well as insects (dragonflies, butterflies and grasshoppers).
