Very nice hike

Trompe-Souris is a charming place to visit for hiking enthusiasts. You can admire the panoramic views of the Thouaret river, the old Volbine mill and the surrounding countryside. You can also discover the local crafts of pottery and beer at the Trompe-Souris pottery and brewery. If you are hungry, you can stop at the Trompe-Souris creperie, which offers delicious crepes and pancakes in a warm atmosphere.

Very beautiful remains of an old castle. It's good to imagine what life might have been like here. A picnic area welcomes us to the side for lunch. Silence and serenity here.

Natural waterfalls are rather rare in this region. This one is remarkable in its incredibly preserved green setting.

Imposing ruins, on the banks of the Thouaret, of a castle which was once a monastery. Small picnic area.

The remains of a very old chapel in the hamlet of the same name. A lot of mystery surrounds this place, almost abandoned. No documents remain to draw up the history of this monument. the remains of this building make it possible to trace the construction back to the 12th century.

Remains of a fortified monastery from the 13th century and curiously called a "prison". There are only 2 towers that once had a drawbridge. Small picnic area here.
