The bleachers are laid out facing the Saône. All you have to do is settle down there to rest for a few moments and enjoy the view of Seurre on the small marina. If you're hot, cool off at the refreshment bar set up on the quays. You can also fill your water bottles at the fountain located just across the road.

In an idyllic location on the Saône, it has a small marina. Despite a turbulent history, in the course of which parts of the city were destroyed, there are still several buildings worth seeing in the old town, including an old hospice (Hôtel-Dieu). Another of these older houses houses a local museum and tourist office. The church of St. Martin is remarkable both for its architecture and for its Julien Tribuot organ from 1699 and its carillon with 47 bells. (Wikipedia)

Great section of the EuroVélo 6 bike trail along the Saône, where the canal can simply use the bed of the natural river.

The canal cuts a straight line to avoid a bend in the Saône river, and created a port access. The locks offer a crossing and a great view, if you're lucky with boats passing through.
