A beautiful place as a base for cycling tours in the Morvan.

The town can be discovered in particular by two literary trails “In the footsteps of Irène Némirowsky”, which pay homage to the deported Ukrainian writer. Also worth seeing: the Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur church, the ice house of Montrifaut castle, and Paul Rault's giant clog.

Village with several shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries etc. Ideal village to take a break.

A small village in the Morvan region. The village center is built in the traditional stone style. In the narrow streets of the village you will find one or two small local restaurants, as well as a pretty church right in the center of the old village.

The church square is the central point of the charming village of Larochemillay. It is from this place that we access the castle perched on its rock. The buildings which line the square are very beautiful, as well as the view of the surrounding mountains which is offered from the gîte located there.

Small pass at an altitude of 408m, approximately 2km long, which culminates, as its name suggests, at a place called Montarons.

Pretty little peaceful pond, frequented by fishermen.

Larochemillay is an extremely picturesque village, perched on its cliff.
