Along the banks of the Seine, partly on the towpath, then on the tarmac road on the island of Saint-Denis. Tranquility, calm and pleasure, at 6:15 am, no people, it's not the Vététiste highway. To see during the day.

This Gennevilliers park allows for a nature break with its valleys, groves and lawns. Its name comes from the green frogs (tree frogs) which were found here in numbers in the past.

A pleasant walk along the Seine on a stabilized surface cycle path. The Promenade Bleue follows the old towpath.

the "punk" environment has disappeared, the track exit under the A15 has been redone. This little climb is steep, however. The rest of the path, very wide and uncrowded, is very pleasant.

The Blue Promenade open 24/24 which runs along the Seine is to be found at the exit of the fenced part of the Parc des Chanteraines. It will take you to the Epinay bridge. From there, you can reach Île-Saint-Denis and the 23 hectares of its departmental park or cross the Seine to embark on its towpaths. They will offer you an excellent natural option towards the Butte D'Orgemont or the cathedral of the City of Saint-Denis, 2 must-sees in the region.
