Le Marchand is a small tobacco bar located in Bourriot. Its small terrace is perfect for giving you a break in all weathers.

The clearing around the chapel is very well maintained and there are several picnic tables.

This rest area in the forest is very nicely situated. About 6 km before Roquefort it is a blessing to rest here again (or wild camping?) After many km on the moderately busy D 932. Although a bit weathered, everything is clean, including the French toilets. In the current heat (July 2022), the fireplace is probably better not to be used!

At the entrance to Roquefort is the Café de la pax, where there are pilgrim stamps and keys for the two inns in town.

In Roquefort there is a special church in the flamboyant Gothic style. At the entrance to the town, before the bridge, there is the Café de Paix where you can get the keys for the pilgrim hostels. There is a Municipal and an Association des Amis de St. Jacques des Landes. At the end of the town, in the Rue de Pau, before the Way of St. James branches off, there is a Carrefour.
